Sacred Breathwork Ceremony + Sound

Sacred Breathwork is conscious circular breathing that accelerates healing of trauma in the body, mind and spirit. Participants can experience profound change in thinking, a rewriting of the stories we tell ourselves, vivid visions, and exuberant bliss. Within this intentional and sacred container, reconnect to that innate part of you that is infinite and divine.

The ceremony will begin with Sacred Breathwork (deep circular breath with the aid of tribal music and instruments) followed by a gentle, unwinding sound experience utilizing 432hz crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, planetary gong, and Indonesian instruments.

**Eat light in the hours before the ceremony to ensure a deeper experience. Wear clothes that don’t restrict your breathing. Bring blankets and/or eye masks to help you feel nestled. Bring any special crystals or malas to add to the altar to receive an extra charge of loving energy and vibration.*
