Join Devon Sweeney, E-RYT 500 to learn the art of practicing + teaching Yin yoga. This practice brings us into deep, restorative states of meditation by exploring the relationship between stillness, breath and the body’s ability to release tension. Devon’s multidimensional approach to the energetic practice and teaching of Yin yoga was developed through new paradigms of modern behavioral psychology, classical and tantric yoga and pranayama, movement therapies, and neurological/physiological stress management techniques.
